Ordering and Delivery Information
All orders placed online will receive an "In Process" acknowledgement. All confirmed orders will receive an "Order Confirmed" acknowledgement indicating that the order is processed. We provide free delivery for our products above S$60 to almost all part of mainland Singapore. Prices reflected on the website are nett prices. For gifts sending to islands (example: Sentosa) and some remote part of the mainland Singapore (example: Ama Keng Road), we will impose a higher delivery surcharge.
For urgent order using the 2 hours Express service, please call Tel : (65) 6220 3550 / (65) 6226 5165 to check with us. A nominal charge of S$15 will be levied upon acceptance of the order. Please note that the 2-hrs will commence at the point which the order is accepted and confirmed. (Urgent orders will only be processed during our normal office hours. We apologise for any inconvenience.)
Payment Modes
VISA / MASTERCARD / AMEX - You can pay either by Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Any change of particulars (e.g. recipient's address, messages … etc.) must be make within 24 hours before delivery. You have to call Tel: (65) 62203550 / (65) 62265165 to make the necessary changes.
Recipient's address must be correct and to ensure that someone is there to receive the gift. In cases of re-direction, we will charge an additional delivery charge of S$15 and in cases of re-send, we will charge a touch up and re-delivery fee of not more than 50% of the original selling price.
Substitution
Arcade Florist reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equivalent or higher value depending on stock availability. Prices are subject to change on festive seasons such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year etc.
